Reservation policy:
Please be advised to secure your reservation, provide us with your credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card and Euro Card.
Our check-in 14noon /out time is 12noon.
In case of early check-in or late check-out, please inform us know in advance.
Our cancellation policy
May we advise you that our cancellation policy is 20:00 the day prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or “no-show”, penalty charge will be levied for the first night of your booking.
For your convenience we can pre-arrange airport transfer, additional charge of 250UAH will be applied for 1-2 people. If you require group airport transfer, please inform reservation department in advance.
